Why We Built This
From interview anxiety to interview intelligence
We've been on both sides of the interview table. As candidates, we watched brilliant people stumble under pressure, forgetting accomplishments they'd spent years building. As hiring managers, we saw it from the other side: candidates who were clearly capable but couldn't show it in a 45-minute window.
